Terms of use

  • All the transaction will be made in the website 4repack for your safety.
  • All customers must have an email address to be identified at our platform and be able to access your own account with complete name, complete address, and phone.
  • 4repack is authorized to approve or decline your personal or business account if we find any suspicion of fraud or any kind of security violation.
  • Addition information could be requested to open your account, like a drivers license, proof of address, Passport or any other kind of documentation necessary to keep your account active.
  • Our representatives "never" requests your user or password over the phone or email.
  • 4repack ships any size, anywhere supporting US Government contracts.

Refund Policy

We guarantee your money back 100% when:

  • Shipped to wrong delivery address using wrong labels.
  • Changed package between customers.
  • Delay in your delivery time without interference from board customs, local strikes, natural events like Hurricanes, storms, catastrophes.
  • Damages in your packages during the transit time with our trucks, storage, loading, unloading and repacking inside our facilities or 3rd party partners.
  • Seller suspends, finish or cancel the offer in the market, not included fees.
  • The insurance will be charged as an item in your invoice and goes directly for the carrier DHL or another 3rd party carrier partner (local freight forwarder).
  • If you receive your package damaged, just request to our company to open a claim of insurance direct with the carrier.
  • The refund terms follow the insurance company agreement.

Cases of (No refund)

Freight shipped to the wrong address (only the customer can fill in or update the delivery address)

  • Bank fees
  • Handling Fees
  • Payments fees (Sellers)
  • Payments fees (marketplaces)
  • Customs Tax in the country of origin or destiny charged by authority.
  • Additional Tax or Fee charged from any government.
  • The difference of Exchange currency
